If your solar system is not producing as expected, showing an error, or you are unsure what is wrong, our technician can visit the property to evaluate the system.
Depending on the concern, we may inspect the solar panels, inverter or microinverters, optimizers, monitoring, wiring, electrical components, roof area, and other related system components. The visit may include inspection, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to determine the source of the concern and recommend the appropriate next step.
An on-site assessment is a professional service with a service fee. Repairs, replacements, and additional work are not included and will be quoted separately based on the technician’s findings.
